Ingredients.

Watermelon chopped into pieces

1/2 Banana

1x heaped dessert spoon of Spirulina 

Put everything into the magic bullet and there is your amazing smoothie.

Best Breakfast Bagel

Pumpkin Nickel Bagel with 

a little cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, tomato,red onion and chill flakes! 

Goat Cheese, Artichoke and Arugula Salad.

Recipe.
Bowl of Arugula

Add

1 can of Chopped Artichokes 

Handful of Goat Cheese

Sprinkle Cranberries and Pecan Nuts and a little bit of dried Rosemary.

Dressing.

2x Lemons

Little bit of Olive Oil 

Pinch of Salt

2x Teaspoons of Soy Sauce

1 clove of Chopped Garlic.

This is a goooood little naughty.... hang out spot.

Quinoa salad at Le Pain Quotidien.

Steak, scallion frittata and arugula salad with ricotta on toast with caramelized pears. Then...key-lime pie and cookies and cream ice-cream.

Chilling in Korea Town.

So nice to find random places to eat... and I found Korea town. Kimichi covered my table with a few other bits and pieces, I went for the Bi Bam Bap which is lots of different vegetables, egg, beef on a big bowl of rice! Seriously GOOD. After this I ate my dessert gum and then went to Ace Hotel which is close  and really cute for a coffee...

Tortilla Soup and La Casa Salad.

Sauce L.E.S

Ok so there is this new place called Sauce in the Lower East Side... same owners as Lil Frankie's etc. It was good I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and it melted in my mouth. Salads are really yummy other pasta dishes weren't so good (vegetarian) and the people sitting next to us had the family size meals and they looked pretty incredible. Was chilled/cute, good place to go late at night to eat Italian!
