Making sushi burritos you can't bet it... We added brown rice, avocado, carrots, cucumber, hummus, radishes, mint and ume which I am obbsessed with... (japanese sour plum). Put any ingredients you like on a sheet of seaweed, wrap it up and eat it like a burrito.

Lunch today/ Squash spaghetti, Zucchini spaghetti and Arugula salad.

Luckily I got to go to Amagansett this weekend for a bit of R&R. I swear all I did this weekend was eat. Tried the most ridiculous cookies. Amagansett is the best, reminds me a little bit of being in NZ apart from all the American flags everywhere. So happy summer is here. Above is a yummy lunch we ate at Serafina East Hampton. Below are other yummy things...

Lunch in the forest and dinner in Babylon Long Island.

The other day, early in the morning, I was working in Long Island on a sports shoot.. We shot in the forest in a recreational park. It was cool. We had an RV there where we were fed lunch out of. We finished at 5pm but the next train back to Penn Station NYC wasn't till 7:30pm. We were dropped off and abandoned at the train station having to wait there for 2.5 hours!! Screw that, I was like we have to get out of here and find FOOD ASAP!! I couldn't deal with not eating for 2 hours, so we found a car, asked the driver to take us to the next town, where we found the cutest wine and Tapa's bar in Babylon called Barrique. We drunk Nz wine, hummus with pita crisps and watermelon and feta salad.
