The Smile NYC.
My favorite place to go when am in the city around Soho is The Smile. Just because I love the people and it's cosy and cute as dude. Today on the menu I was served butternut squash and apple soup with the special B.L.T sandwich some berries on the side and a grapefruit juice that looked like a sangria.

On my inspiration board..
My favourite easiest, yummiest thing to make is a Lemon roasted ChickChickChicken.
A lemon stuffed roasted chicken is the easiest thing to make ever! You just need a medium size chicken preferably organic definitely organic actually and then all you need to do is cut 3 lemons in half and place them (or as many halves as you can fit in) inside the chicken. On top cover the chicken with olive oil and sprinkle oregano.
I added roasted sweet potato and beetroot to this with roasted red onion and garlic cloves.
Dice the vegetables up and add them to the tray before you put the chicken into the oven, place the vegetables around the chicken, Slice a red onion into quarters and add a few un skinned garlic cloves. Pour some olive oil over the vegetables and add a few pinches of sea salt.
Place Chicken and vegetables in the oven on 350 degrees for approx 1- 1.5 hours or until the vegetables are really crispy and the chicken is well cooked.
