So this was my first time in Chicago and I loved it! Was so last minute and in and out but I was there! I had a nice coffee by the fire and ate some yummy pizza and a glass of red wine... I really want to go back and spend more time there!!!!
So sometime's you want to be 'careful' with your money and cook at home! So an easy healthy thing to make that still tastes like you are out for dinner is baked salmon. This is organic salmon and was like 4 dollars and seriously all you have to do is sprinkle salt, olive oil if you like oregano and lemon juice. You can really put anything you like on it... Place in the oven on bake for like 5-10 mins on a decent heat and then it's ready and tastes so good and is so good for you.
So I have decided to be a Pescetarian for a while, or until I am happy with what I am eating and not just eating anything and everything! (Like I always do, cause I LOVE FOOD!) Anyway it's going really well...Sometimes I'm going to eat meat on special occasions. This is a Tuna salad I had last night for din din... was deeeeelicious!
