Addicted to boiled eggs... So simple but so good.

How to make Cucumber Salsa!

Cucumber x 2 cups
1/2 red onion
1 jalapeƱo
1/4 cup of fresh mint
1/4 cup of cilantro/corriander 
3 tbsp of lime juice 
1 tbsp of olive oil 
Rock salt and ground pepper

Cut everything up finely make sure the cucumbers are peeled and finely cut. Mix everything together and garnish with rock salt and ground pepper to flavor and also add extra lime juice if you desire.
