Broccoli soup with Feta and Quinoa.

If you feel like being healthy, you should make this soup! It is so easy too make and is fricken delicious. 

Recipe Broccoli/ Feta Soup.
  • Boil two broccoli heads until they are cooked medium to soft in 3 inches of water.
  • Place the broccoli and half the water you used to cook the broccoli with into a blender. 
  • Chop half a block of feta cheese and add into the blender. Add as much salt and pepper as you like and blend for 2 mins. 
I added cooked quinoa and cayenne pepper on top of this soup.
