Summer coffee inspiration,

An iced coconut milk latte.

This photo was not taken by me, I found it on a cute blog that I can't remember the name of. Such a good idea. Another drink to try is an iced soy chai latte with a shot of expresso. (Dirty chai latte.)

The breakfast wrap from Local NYC.

My favourite thing to make at home for breakfast.

Nothing can be as simple and easy as eating avocado and tomato on toast for breakfast. Add sea salt, chili flakes and a squeeze of lemon juice! Adding lemon juice makes it that much more enjoyable and I use gluten free bread.

Brunch at The Little Owl.

In the West Village,  there is The Little Owl. Small and cosy with a cute atmosphere, I had my first brunch since returning to NYC. Poached eggs on fontina biscuit with sausage, greens and a side of hollandaise & Buckwheat pancakes with mixed berries and maple syrup. Good start to the first Sunday back in the city.
