Goat Cheese, Artichoke and Arugula Salad.




Recipe.
Bowl of Arugula
Add
1 can of Chopped Artichokes 
Handful of Goat Cheese
Sprinkle Cranberries and Pecan Nuts and a little bit of dried Rosemary.

Dressing.

2x Lemons
Little bit of Olive Oil 
Pinch of Salt
2x Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
1 clove of Chopped Garlic.
